LTA Young Leaders
As part of my commitment to junior development, I’m delighted to be offering our juniors the chance to take part in the LTA Youth Tennis Leaders course here at the club. The course is about more than tennis. It gives young people aged 11–18 the chance to build confidence, learn to lead and become part of the team that helps junior tennis at BLTC thrive. I’ve seen how much young players grow when they’re given responsibility, and I’d love to give our juniors that opportunity.
LTA Youth Tennis Leaders is a hands-on leadership course for young people aged 11–18 of all abilities. In just four hours (a 3-hour core module plus a 1-hour elective), where your child learns to run warm-ups and games, help at coaching sessions, score matches and support events. They finish with a Tennis Leader t-shirt and certificate.
